RESPONSIBILITIES OF A TECHNICAL RECRUITER

  • Identifying and developing potential candidates through cold calling prospects, networking, working without extensive existing database, and utilizing website tools to generate new opportunities
  • Sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and placing high-level technical and digital talent for contract and permanent opportunities with Mondo clients
  • Leveraging our resources to foster two-way engagement and communication with a diverse audience of talent professionals and industry influencers
  • Keeping a finger on the pulse of the industry: identify opportunities, issues, strategies and trends to help businesses stay on the leading edge
  • Working well within a fast-paced dynamic environment with a high sense of urgency
  • Attending daily meetings designed to foster collaboration and communication between teams
