Position Overview:
As an Associate Catalog Quality Manager within our Retail Operations & Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless management of product listings and catalog data across various platforms, with a primary focus on Amazon Seller and Vendor platforms. From overseeing the new item lifecycle to implementing promotions and optimizing content, you will be instrumental in enhancing the customer experience and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of new items, from ASIN creation to launch, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Create, audit, and maintain product variations to meet evolving customer needs and market trends.
- Conduct regular audits of search, detail page views, and catalog data, and take proactive measures to align the customer experience with strategic objectives.
- Efficiently handle catalog management tasks, including product listings, case management, and promotion implementation and tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize content and enhance product visibility and engagement.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Wrike, Google Drive, and Slack, with a demonstrated ability to effectively organize and prioritize tasks.
- Strong analytical skills combined with creativity to identify anomalies in data and implement appropriate solutions to drive optimal outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate issues clearly and develop actionable strategies to address them.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex calculations and functions, to analyze and interpret data effectively.
