Job Description:
Serve as a critical link between business units and IT to ensure technology solutions effectively support strategic goals.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Analyze and resolve application and system issues

Facilitate requirements gathering and create documentation for system enhancements

Support agile processes with user stories, sprint planning, and testing
-
Collaborate with QA for testing and validation
-
Develop functional, reporting, and technical specifications

Track risks, issues, and key decisions
-
Coordinate small project teams and deployment support
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

Bachelor's degree
-
3 years of experience with SDLC and system requirements gathering

Proven ability to map business processes and translate into technical needs

Experience working across the full project lifecycle

Strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills

PMI-PBA, CBAP, or CAPM certification

Agile certification (CSM or AAC)

Experience in the building or construction industry
