Job Description:
Serve as the bridge between Marketing and IT to support complex data and system projects through detailed requirements gathering, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Create and maintain process flows for ongoing marketing and data-driven projects

Use SQL and JSON to query and validate data for standardization and accuracy

Analyze and document data models and contribute to data architecture support

Document requirements, system interactions, and process updates

Collaborate with PMs, developers, and stakeholders to align deliverables with goals

Proactively identify and communicate risks from data/process changes

Translate marketing business needs into clear technical solutions

Strong fundamentals in BA practices: documentation, process mapping, requirements gathering

Hands-on experience writing and analyzing SQL and JSON queries

Analytical mindset with a focus on downstream impact analysis

Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills

High urgency and ability to thrive in fast-paced settings

Flexibility to adapt BA approaches for agile, informal environments

Experience in marketing, digital, or web design projects

Familiarity with SiteCore, PIM systems, or DAM platforms

Background with large public-facing web apps and enterprise integrations

Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Workfront, or Azure DevOps

Exposure to AI tools or generative AI in workflows
