Job Description:
Act as a liaison between the Product Owner and technical teams to support the Grow Plus Initiative, redesigning the security setup process for fixed income investments.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements and write detailed business specifications.
- Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint goal planning.
- Perform data analysis and basic SQL queries to compare and validate results.
- Conduct UAT testing alongside the development team, troubleshooting discrepancies.
- Work closely with Asset Management and Fixed Income teams to support municipal bond data ingestion from Bloomberg.
- Define system features from a business perspective, ensuring proper input/output logic for implementation.
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
- 5-8 years of business analyst experience.
- Expertise in gathering requirements, writing user stories, and defining functional/non-functional requirements.
- 2 years of experience in fixed income or asset management (municipal bond experience preferred).
- Strong Agile experience (standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning).
- Experience with PM tools (Jira preferred).
- Data analytics skills, including SQL querying.
- Familiarity with investment platforms such as Bloomberg, Morningstar, Rimes, BlackRock, FactSet, or S&P 500.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills—must be decisive and solution-oriented.
