Job Description:
The client is seeking a Constant Contact Subject Matter Expert to provide hands-on expertise administering their marketing automation environment and supporting integration with their CRM platform.
Job Summary
• Administer and manage the client's Constant Contact environment on an ad hoc consulting basis.
• Support integration between Constant Contact and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Configure and optimize lead management, audience segmentation, and marketing automation workflows.
• Build and maintain campaign reporting and analytics to support data-driven decisions.
• Advise the sales organization on outbound communication and prospect engagement strategies.
• Assess existing business processes and recommend scalable marketing technology solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between marketing automation capabilities and business goals.
Minimum Requirements:
• Deep hands-on experience administering and managing Constant Contact environments.
• Proven experience integrating marketing automation platforms with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong understanding of lead management, audience segmentation, automation workflows, and campaign analytics.
• Experience within insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience supporting sales organizations with outbound communication and prospect engagement strategies.
• Ability to assess business processes and recommend scalable technology solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with compliance requirements related to Client regulations, email marketing compliance, opt-in/opt-out management, and regulated communications and record retention.
• Experience evaluating, implementing, or optimizing sales engagement platforms such as Salesloft, Apollo.io, or Outreach.
• Broad understanding of sales and marketing technology ecosystems and CRM best practices.
