Job Description:
We are seeking a Coordinator II to support project activities and ensure compliance with contract terms, safety standards, regulatory requirements, and project administration tasks. This role also provides contractor liaison support, assists with scheduling, cost effectiveness, and reporting, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve operational and administrative needs.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities and ensure compliance with state, federal, and contractual requirements.
- Support project managers with scheduling, safety standards, cost effectiveness, and environmental compliance.
- Monitor and manage documentation, drawing management, and administrative processes.
- Provide liaison support to contractors as directed.
- Collaborate with business unit staff on HR program administration and issue resolution.
- Assist with training requirements, project reporting, and tracking deliverables.
- Work in a high-paced environment, communicating effectively with stakeholders and supporting multiple priorities.
Must-Haves:
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Word, SharePoint).
- Collaboration skills across teams and departments.
- Organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Comfortable asking questions, managing competing priorities, and working under pressure.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Background in HR program support or project coordination.
- Experience working in regulated industries or compliance-heavy environments.
