Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Forms Developers to support a large-scale customer migration initiative. In this role, you will work directly with customers to design and build custom digital forms, translating business workflows into functional, user-friendly solutions using modern form-building platforms.
- Support the onboarding and migration of approximately 200 customers from a legacy form system to a modern platform
- Design and build custom digital forms using an internal low-code/no-code platform (Joyfill), analyzing existing Word-based templates from Device Magic
- Partner directly with customers to lead discovery conversations, gather requirements, and translate business processes into functional form solutions
- Configure and customize form workflows using a UX/UI-based form engine with light JavaScript for conditional logic and field calculations
- Leverage Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) to support documentation, requirements gathering, and solution development
- 2 years building custom forms in Word templates
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — Word and Excel
- Light JavaScript understanding
- Basic understanding of software and digital platforms
- Strong communication skills with ability to lead customer-facing requirements sessions
- Experience with Joyfill, Device Magic, or similar form-building platforms
- Background in customer onboarding or migration projects
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles or low-code/no-code tools
- Experience in a SaaS or field service management environment
