Job Description:
This role supports packaging graphics initiatives and enterprise system enhancements by managing projects within a digital graphics management platform and driving cross-functional coordination.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Support implementation, testing, and documentation of Esko WebCenter enhancements
-
Lead testing and documentation efforts for new system modules
-
Manage text field refresh initiatives and stakeholder alignment
-
Provide hands-on project management within WebCenter for North America and International brand teams
-
Troubleshoot graphics workflow issues and escalate when needed
-
Track milestones, document outcomes, and drive continuous process improvements
-
Collaborate across marketing, operations, IT, and graphics teams

Travel locally between Racine campus locations as needed
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
-
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
-
7 years of professional experience
-
5 years in pre-media, creative agency, Client, healthcare, or packaging graphics roles
-
3 years of experience with Esko WebCenter or similar graphics project management software
-
Experience supporting large-scale project management initiatives (marketing, operations, IT, etc.)

Ability to clearly communicate project milestones, risks, and data to cross-functional teams

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Proven track record managing packaging graphics assets and approval workflows

Experience with digital asset management systems

PMP Certification

Hands-on troubleshooting and issue resolution experience in graphics workflows
