W2 Pay Rate Range: $80/hr – $85/hr
Job Description:
The Infrastructure Team Lead will own day-to-day execution and technical leadership across cloud infrastructure and DevOps initiatives, ensuring reliability, scalability, and secure platform operations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Lead sprint planning, backlog readiness, and delivery for infrastructure initiatives

Remain hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code implementations
-
Oversee Azure-heavy cloud infrastructure and networking environments
-
Troubleshoot access, pipeline, and deployment blockers
-
Coordinate infrastructure releases and post-change validation
-
Monitor system health and performance using observability tools
-
Partner with product, application, and engineering teams to enable delivery

Mentor and guide a distributed DevOps/infrastructure team
Requirements:

Must-Have Skills/Experiences:
-
Strong hands-on experience with Terraform
-
Deep expertise in Azure networking and Azure DevOps pipelines
-
CI/CD deployment and automation experience
-
Ability to debug and unblock infrastructure and pipeline issues
-
Working knowledge of AWS (storage and core services)
-
Experience leading and mentoring infrastructure or DevOps engineers
-
Experience supporting production systems and incident response
-
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as New Relic, Splunk, or Datadog

Experience partnering with product teams across multiple products

Nice-to-Have Skills/Experiences (NOT required, but a plus!):

Kubernetes experience in production environments

Cloud security, IAM, and access management knowledge

Experience improving developer experience or platform tooling

Background supporting high-traffic, highly available systems
