Job Description:
Support network operations and connectivity for a leading Maryland biomedical research organization. Maintain and troubleshoot Arista and Cisco networking environments, ensuring seamless operations and connectivity.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Configure and activate network ports and switches in cluster mode (2-8 switch deployments).
- Connect and manage switches via CloudVision (Arista cloud management platform).
- Implement and troubleshoot OSPF and BGP routing within Arista.
- Work with the security team to troubleshoot issues and add routes.
- Maintain Client Aruba Wireless deployments, including troubleshooting Client and adding configurations.
- Utilize SolarWinds for network management and monitoring.
- Gather requirements for network design and expansion in new buildings.
- Assist with Cisco CallManager on-prem migration to Webex.
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
- 5-8 years of experience with Arista or Cisco networking.
- CCNP - Routing & Switching certification.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco CallManager and Cisco Webex Calling.

- Experience with SolarWinds for network monitoring.
- Familiarity with both Arista and Cisco environments.
