Job Description:
We're looking for a talented, deadline-driven PowerPoint Designer to join our fast-paced business development team on a contract basis. This is a backup/flex role, you'll be called upon as needed to support a high-volume team managing roughly 30 active projects at any given time. If you thrive under pressure, communicate quickly, and can turn polished work around overnight, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Plug raw content: text, data, charts, and tables-- into an established branded PowerPoint template
- Format and refine presentations from start to finish, ranging from 20 to 170 slides (average 60–80)
- Build out small graphics, SmartArt, workflow charts, and process diagrams within existing slides
- Execute multiple rounds of revisions daily, incorporating feedback from numerous stakeholders
- Turn around updated drafts by the following morning: including evenings and weekends when deadlines demand it
- Track and manage project assignments via Monday.com
- Collaborate closely with a tight-knit, globally distributed team across the US, Hong Kong, and the UK
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint- this is the primary tool
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is a plus
- A keen eye for formatting, layout, and visual consistency within branded templates
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under hard deadlines- FAST turnarounds
- A highly responsive communicator, responsiveness is the #1 priority
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
- Seasoned and self-sufficient.

- Background in financial services (easily translatable to this environment)
- Experience in commercial real estate — development, property management, or adjacent fields — is a significant plus
- Familiarity with business development or pitch/proposal work
