Compensation Range: $30/hr – $40/hr
Job Description:
Support and troubleshoot enterprise-level electronic security systems across multiple client sites, ensuring system performance and compliance through inspections and repairs.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Provide on-site support for card access, CCTV, CATV, and intrusion detection systems

Perform break-fix maintenance and troubleshooting for built facilities
-
Conduct UL inspections using Lenel software, verifying hardware like card readers, mag locks, motion detectors, and sensors
-
Read and interpret project drawings and wiring diagrams
-
Travel to multiple locations using personal vehicle equipped to transport tools and ladders

Attend Sterling, VA office weekly for supply restock
-
Participate in on-call support rotation with a 4-hour response time
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise-level security systems

Experience installing and troubleshooting card access, CCTV, CATV, and intrusion systems

Expertise in LenelS2 software for inspections and diagnostics

Familiarity with DMP software

Ability to lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, and operate in construction/server farm environments

Valid driver's license and personal vehicle with ladder capacity

Basic tools: multi-meter, soldering iron, hand tools

Willingness to travel and work at non-ADA compliant sites
