Job Description:
Support the implementation of Workday Financials, ensuring smooth integrations, security configurations, and process control.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Oversee Workday Financials implementation and integrations
-
Act as SME and "watchdog " to ensure the project is managed properly
-
Develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services (REST/SOAP)
-
Configure Workday security (role-based access control, domain security, business process security)

Support financial process integration (General Ledger, AP, AR, Procurement, Banking)

Work with external implementation partners to ensure alignment

Provide security solutions including encryption, access management, and UI security

Conduct audits and ensure best practices are followed
Requirements:
Must-Haves:

Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and BIRT Reporting

Workday integration and security expertise (role-based access, domain security, business process security)

Experience with financial processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Procurement, Banking

Solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
