Stephanie Wernick Barker is the powerhouse behind Mondo’s national success and cultural evolution. As the company’s first female president and a multi-year honoree on SIA’s Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list (2022–2024), Stephanie has built her career on people-first leadership and bold, strategic growth.
Since joining Mondo in 2012, she’s held nearly every role—from Account Director to CRO—rising through the ranks by championing relationships over transactions and building high-performing teams coast to coast. Now, as President, she oversees all sales, recruiting, and operational efforts across Mondo’s 10 U.S. offices.
Stephanie is the force behind Mondo’s core values that have helped scale Mondo’s impact while deepening its culture. As a result, she has earned nods for her leadership from the Stevie® Awards and helped position Mondo as a finalist for Women-Run Workplace of the Year.
