The 10th annual list of SIA’s 40 Under 40 leaders and innovators in the staffing industry is now online.
Honorees for 2026 are helping their organizations navigate rapid changes in recruiting, workforce strategy and client expectations as technology, including AI, brings changes to the staffing landscape.
“This year’s 40 Under 40 honorees are helping reshape the staffing industry,” SIA President Ursula Williams said. “They’re embracing AI and innovation to solve workforce challenges and strengthen client relationships while continuing to lead with the trust, responsiveness and, most importantly, human connection that remains central to their business.”
The 40 Under 40 are helping staffing evolve into a more strategic workforce solutions partner. They are working at everything from integrating AI-enabled recruitment tools and automation into daily operations to expanding enterprise relationships and entering new sectors.
“Congratulations to the 2026 40 Under 40 honorees on this well-deserved recognition and the incredible contributions they are making across our industry,” Williams said.
The list, along with the profiles of the honorees, will be featured in the July/August 2026 issue of Staffing Industry Review magazine. The 2026 40 Under 40 honorees will be formally recognized during SIA’s CollaborationX conference taking place Sept. 29 to Oct. 1 in Dallas.
