Job Description:
Support and elevate organic social strategy and execution across B2B and AI-focused channels, positioning the client as a thought leader in the AI and workforce space.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine organic social strategy across LinkedIn and X
- Monitor AI industry trends, competitors, and thought leaders to inform content
- Create and publish high-quality, data-driven social posts aligned to executive voice
- Conduct social listening and competitive analysis using tools like Sprout, Clay, Brandwatch, or Sprinklr
- Build executive-ready content briefs and strategic recommendations
- Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth)
- Provide weekly insights and optimization recommendations based on performance
- Maintain consistent posting cadence with a focus on quality and impact
- Collaborate asynchronously with internal teams via Slack and other tools
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- 5 years of experience in organic social media (B2B focus)
- Deep expertise in LinkedIn and X (Twitter) strategy and execution
- Strong understanding of AI landscape, key players, and trends
- Proven experience in competitive analysis and social listening strategy
- Experience building executive-level content briefs and POV narratives
- Ability to translate data and trends into actionable content strategies
- Experience with social listening tools (Sprout, Clay, Brandwatch, Sprinklr)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work asynchronously
- Proactive, strategic mindset with ability to operate in ambiguity
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in AI or emerging technology industries
- Familiarity with platforms like GitHub or Hugging Face
- Background in enterprise-level organizations
- Experience supporting executive thought leadership content
