Job Description:
Support and enhance AWS Connect voice applications, Lambda integrations, and enterprise call center technology, ensuring seamless call flow functionality and system performance.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain AWS Lambda functions and DynamoDB integrations.
- Enhance and troubleshoot AWS Connect call flows.
- Migrate Amazon Lex V1 to V2, making necessary Lambda updates.
- Monitor and manage S3 bucket access for data availability.
- Build IVR decision trees, integrate Lex bots, and store reusable call flow elements.
- Generate reports from Lex input for improved analytics.
- Work closely with stakeholders and provide proactive status updates.
- Participate in daily standups, backlog review meetings, and cloud tech discussions.
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
- 5 years of AWS development experience.
- Strong expertise in AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudFront, S3, and EC2.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, including IVR call flow updates.
- Amazon Lex experience, including bot development and call flow integration.
- Strong Python programming skills (for Lambda development).
- Robust experience in call center technology and ACD (Automatic Call Distribution).
- Excellent communication skills—must be comfortable providing project updates and presenting to stakeholders.
- Self-starter, highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
- Must provide their own personal laptop/desktop.
