Job Description:
The client is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to own end-to-end logistics for a high-volume calendar of executive events across the Americas, working within a fast-moving, detail-intensive environment.
Job Summary
Own end-to-end logistics for executive dinners, industry days, workshops, and forums, including venue sourcing, contracts, catering, AV, and budget tracking
Manage registration pages, invite lists, and attendee communications from event launch through post-event follow-up
Execute onsite event operations including run-of-show management, staffing coordination, speaker and executive handling, and day-of problem-solving
Partner with sales teams on attendee curation, attendance reconciliation, and post-event recap reporting
Operate independently across multiple concurrent events in different cities, escalating budget, contract, or scope changes proactively
Represent the team professionally when working directly with sales teams, executive speakers, venues, and vendors
Minimum Requirements:
6+ years of experience in field marketing at high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise technology companies
Proven experience owning end-to-end event logistics, including venue sourcing, contracting, catering, AV, budgets, and onsite management
Proficiency with event and registration platforms such as Swoogo, Splash, or Cvent, as well as Salesforce and Google Workspace
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area with ability to travel within the Americas approximately 10% of the time
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent events, and create structure in a high-speed, ambiguous environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience running invite-only executive programs such as dinner series, councils, or briefings for enterprise technology clients
Background marketing to industry verticals such as financial services, retail, manufacturing, or healthcare
Experience at high-growth enterprise software or AI companies, or at boutique event agencies serving enterprise technology clients
Familiarity with B2B enterprise technology go-to-market motions; interest in the AI industry is a plus
