Job Description:
The client is seeking an experienced Customer Marketing professional to interview customers, develop compelling B2B SaaS customer stories and case studies, and manage the content and approval pipeline from initial outreach through publication.
Job Summary:
- Interview customers and translate their experiences into compelling case studies and customer stories.
- Manage the full case study pipeline, including customer outreach, drafting, reviews, approvals, and publication.
- Partner with Account Executives and internal teams to identify strong customers and stories.
- Coordinate customer assets and approvals for events, including case studies, logos, and other marketing materials.
- Publish approved case studies and content using Webflow.
- Work with Figma as needed for content and marketing assets.
- Add approved customer content to sales guides, Slack channels, and other internal resources.
- Track multiple projects and approvals simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
- Support additional customer and product marketing projects as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 6–20 years of relevant professional experience.
- Recent Customer Marketing experience; Product Marketing or Product Communications backgrounds with significant customer storytelling experience may also be considered.
- Extensive, recent experience within B2B SaaS.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
- Significant experience interviewing customers and developing customer case studies or success stories.
- Portfolio or writing samples demonstrating B2B SaaS customer marketing work.
- Experience managing customer content from outreach and interviews through stakeholder approval and publication.
- Strong organization, time management, and project ownership skills.
- Confident and solutions-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work onsite in San Francisco approximately 2 days per week.
- Experience publishing content in Webflow.
- Familiarity with Figma.
- Experience supporting customer marketing initiatives for major industry events.
- Product Marketing or Product Communications experience.
