Job Description:
- This Inside Sales Representative role is responsible for managing and growing an established book of business through high-volume outbound outreach, consultative selling, and strong relationship management within an assigned territory.
- Conduct proactive outbound outreach to an assigned customer base of 500-600 accounts to build rapport, identify needs, and increase share-of-wallet
- Use a consultative approach to uncover opportunities and guide customers toward high-value solutions, targeting a 50% order conversion rate
- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound inquiries and qualify opportunities by understanding buying drivers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a defined territory, maintaining consistent engagement so that 90% of customers are contacted monthly
- Engage in strategic call campaigns to promote product launches, special offers, and targeted growth initiatives
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline hygiene (Salesforce or similar)
- Deliver a minimum of 50 individual customer contacts per day and 2 hours of productive talk time daily
- 1-3 years of inside sales or high-volume customer-facing experience, preferably in a B2B environment (service industry backgrounds considered)
- Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline, meet revenue targets, and maintain disciplined follow-through
- Familiarity with inside sales KPIs, account development strategies, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Strong phone presence and communication skills, with the ability to lead conversations rather than rely on yes/no questioning
- Energetic, coachable personality with a genuine interest in building customer relationships and a growth mindset
- Experience in the automotive, industrial, sign and graphics, or specialty materials industries
- Proven ability to upsell, cross-sell, and manage long-term customer relationships
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
