Job Description:
Serve as the primary client-facing lead overseeing performance marketing strategy, cross-channel execution, and reporting for DTC/eCommerce brands.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client communication including emails, recaps, and follow-ups
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal channel teams (paid search, paid social, YouTube, etc.)
- Build and deliver reporting decks with clear performance narratives
- Analyze campaign performance to explain what happened, why, and recommended next steps
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and pacing across multiple marketing channels
- Ensure all deliverables align with client goals and are completed on time
- Track project progress and proactively follow up with internal teams
- Synthesize cross-channel insights into executive-level summaries for clients
- Lead client presentations and provide strategic recommendations
- Mentor junior team members and support internal collaboration
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- 5 years of experience in performance marketing in a client-facing role
- Agency experience in a fast-paced, high-communication environment
- Hands-on experience with Paid Social, Paid Search, and YouTube
- Experience supporting eCommerce/DTC brands
- Strong ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into clear narratives
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
- Comfortable following up, pushing teams, and managing multiple workstreams
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Amazon Media and Amazon Operations
- Background in beauty or consumer product brands
- Experience with additional channels such as TV, audio, or display
- Prior people management or mentoring experience
