Job Description:
This role focuses on driving product-led growth through data-driven experimentation, financial modeling, and cross-functional collaboration.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate experiments to drive growth
- Partner with data science to define metrics, dashboards, and insights
- Build and maintain financial models (ROI, LTV/CAC) with finance teams
- Develop experimentation roadmaps tied to business outcomes
- Collaborate with product and engineering to influence roadmap decisions
- Analyze funnel performance and optimize lifecycle metrics
- Present findings and strategies to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements:
Must-Haves:- 3 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or growth roles
- Strong experimentation experience (A/B testing, hypothesis-driven development)
- Proven ability to define success metrics and measurement frameworks
- Experience working with data science/analytics teams and large datasets
- Financial modeling experience (ROI, LTV/CAC, P&L influence)
- Background in tech, SaaS, marketplace, or product-led growth environments
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders in complex environments
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience at large-scale tech companies
- SQL or hands-on data analysis experience
- Background transitioning from product to growth marketing
- Experience in subscription or consumer tech businesses
