Compensation Range: $75-$80/hr
Job Description:
Support real estate and workplace operations by managing administrative workflows, vendor coordination, and project tracking for construction initiatives.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Attend weekly OAC meetings to support construction project management
- Manage project documents, budgets, and schedules in PM software
- Create and submit PRs and POs for vendors, equipment, and services
- Track PO approvals and guide requests through procurement workflows
- Submit NDAs and vendor agreements; track legal approvals and signatures
- Collect and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
- Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and external vendors
- Triage and manage high-volume inbound operational requests
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- 5 years of experience in real estate and/or construction operations.
- Background in project management with exposure to both architectural and contractor environments
- Experience supporting construction or workplace projects
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Experience creating and managing PRs/POs and working with procurement processes
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and spreadsheets
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in high-growth or fast-paced corporate environments
- Familiarity with lease administration concepts (critical dates, landlord/tenant responsibilities)
- Experience with lease management or construction PM software
