Job Description:
Own and execute North America field marketing events, driving pipeline and revenue through high-impact in-person and virtual experiences.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute end-to-end field marketing events (50–250 attendees) across North America
- Build and manage a regional event calendar aligned with sales goals
- Coordinate with event agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional planning calls and ensure alignment across teams
- Develop pre-, during-, and post-event engagement strategies
- Partner with sales/BDR teams on targeting and attendee acquisition
- Track and report on pipeline generation, ROI, and engagement metrics
- Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics with strong attention to detail
- Create scalable playbooks for repeatable event execution
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- 5 years of field marketing or event marketing experience in B2B SaaS or Tech
- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale corporate events (50–250 attendees)
- Hands-on individual contributor comfortable owning execution end-to-end
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Experience working with event agencies and vendors
- Proficiency with event tools (e.g., Swoogo or similar)
- Experience with CRM/marketing platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo)
- Excellent communication skills and responsiveness (e.g., Slack)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven
- Passion for mission-driven technology and ethical AI
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Based in or willing to travel frequently to the Bay Area
- Experience in high-growth or late-stage tech environments
- Background working with event agencies or complex event logistics
- Experience supporting enterprise or strategic sales segments
- Familiarity with tools like Splash or 6sense
