Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves hands-on training programs, content creation and management, and support for various marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creative and analytical skills, adept at managing complex projects and communications across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct hands-on training for professional customers and sales team members to ensure proficient use of our systems and programs.
- Create and manage engaging content across various digital platforms.
- Support professional email communications to maintain and enhance client relations.
- Assist in the operations and communications of monthly marketing campaigns to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate campaign efforts and ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in agency account management, copywriting, marketing project management, or digital marketing.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Pro) and Outlook/Teams.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor in phone and email communications.
- Ability to effectively multi-task and manage a heavy workload in a high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to work overtime or extended hours as needed.
- Analytical skills to assess data and provide insightful feedback.
- Flexible and diplomatic with strong persuasion skills.
- Proven ability to build and lead teams.
- Capable of adapting to a rapidly evolving business environment.
- Comfortable working under multiple leadership styles and with various authority figures.
