As a Paid Social Strategist, you will plan and improve full funnel Paid Social programs (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit) to grow new customers, revenue, and LTV. You'll use data and creative learnings to make clear decisions, test what works, and scale winning ideas. You'll use automation and Bliss Point insights to focus spend where it performs best, while keeping waste low. You'll work closely with Creative, Analytics, Product/Bliss Point, and Client Leadership in your Pod, and turn your best practices into repeatable playbooks.
Job Description:
The client is seeking a Paid Media Strategist to plan, optimize, and scale full-funnel Paid Social programs across major platforms, driving new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term customer value.
Job Summary
•Develop and execute full-funnel Paid Social strategies spanning prospecting, retargeting, and loyalty across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit.
•Translate business goals into actionable Paid Social plans, communicate trade-offs clearly, and report results tied to measurable business impact.
•Leverage platform automation tools (Meta Advantage , TikTok Smart Performance, Pinterest Performance ) to test, validate, and scale winning approaches.
•Apply data-driven insights to guide budget allocation, creative testing, and audience strategy while minimizing waste such as creative fatigue and overlapping audiences.
•Design and execute structured tests (holdout/lift tests and A/B tests), define success metrics in advance, and maintain a consistent performance review cadence.
•Maintain data and tracking health including pixel/CAPI integrity, event mapping, UTMs, and GA4 to ensure reliable measurement and reporting.
•Document best practices and build repeatable playbooks that can be shared across the team and used to elevate overall program quality.
Minimum Requirements:
•5 years of hands-on experience managing Paid Social campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
•Demonstrated proficiency with Meta Advantage , value optimization, CAPI, TikTok Smart Performance, audience design, creative testing, and basic catalog/DPA.
•Comfort working with GA4 and platform-native analytics to connect media performance to revenue, CAC, and LTV.
•Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and client-facing audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience managing paid campaigns on Pinterest, Snapchat, or Reddit.
•Familiarity with TikTok Shop campaign management.
•Experience applying incrementality measurement methodologies such as holdout testing and lift studies.
•Background working within a pod or cross-functional team model alongside creative, analytics, and client leadership partners.
