Job Description:
This role supports the execution of learning and development initiatives by translating strategic plans into actionable, well-managed projects.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Translate learning strategies into detailed project plans
- Manage end-to-end execution of L&D initiatives
- Track timelines, budgets, and resource allocation using project management tools
- Coordinate with stakeholders, instructional designers, facilitators, and vendors
- Oversee logistics for virtual and in-person learning programs
- Provide status updates and identify risks or delays
- Support measurement of program effectiveness and gather feedback
Requirements:
Must-Haves:- 3–5 years of project management experience
- 3-5 years of recent experience supporting Learning & Development or HR initiatives
- Experience with LMS platforms and virtual learning tools
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
- PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools
- Understanding of adult learning principles
