Job Description:
Provide Tier 1 technical support to end users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues while delivering a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve 7–10 support tickets daily using Jira, maintaining a queue of 10–30 tickets
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues, including Teams and conferencing tools
- Diagnose and resolve basic networking/connectivity issues (including VPN and enterprise networks)
- Support hardware/software issues across Lenovo, Dell, and Mac devices
- Perform computer imaging and device setup (PC and Mac environments)
- Provide in-person support for walk-up requests in office environments
- Assist with Zoom and Teams conference room setup and troubleshooting
- Support printer troubleshooting (Ricoh devices)
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support and engineering teams for escalations
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- 2–4 years of experience in Tier 1 help desk or service desk support
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams
- Experience supporting conferencing tools (Zoom and Teams)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking
- Customer service mindset with experience supporting walk-up users
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Mac device management (e.g., MDM tools)
- Familiarity with enterprise networking tools (e.g., Juniper)
- Experience supporting printer systems (e.g., Ricoh)
- Self-taught or highly curious technical mindset
