Job Description:
This role leads the end-to-end IT and equipment integration of newly acquired optometry practices, serving as the primary onsite and client-facing technical project manager. The ideal candidate blends strong communication and project leadership skills with hands-on technical experience across networking, endpoint provisioning, and medical systems.
Requirements:

Experience project managing technical deployments or integrations, ensuring planning, coordination, and on-time delivery

Highly client-facing experience working directly with doctors, trainers, and onsite staff

Ability to independently assess existing IT infrastructure and overall office environment

Hands-on experience provisioning and supporting network infrastructure using a Cisco Meraki stack (including cabling and networking standards)

Experience managing and provisioning endpoints using Microsoft Azure, Intune, and Autopilot

Comfort deploying and executing scripts to automate device and system provisioning

Experience supporting software installations tied to medical or enterprise equipment, including systems backed by SQL databases

Working knowledge of system virtualization and experience migrating or supporting systems in Azure-based environments

Experience ordering, procuring, and coordinating delivery of IT and medical equipment

Strong soft skills: clear communication, empathy, ability to work independently, strong work ethic, and comfort operating with minimal oversight
