Job Description
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex enterprise transformation initiatives within a large systems migration program. This role focuses on owning project schedules, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risk, and ensuring delivery stays aligned with business and technical objectives across multiple workstreams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Own and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations across multiple workstreams (ERP, Finance, CLM, S2P, etc.)

Ensure schedule integrity by tracking dependencies, variances, and critical path activities
-
Drive execution of project deliverables and proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies
-
Facilitate status meetings and prepare clear, executive-level reporting
-
Partner closely with technical teams, SMEs, business leads, and change management teams
-
Coordinate vendor and integration activities across platforms such as Infor, Costpoint, and Icertis
-
Support governance processes, quality assurance, and end-user readiness

Escalate issues early with clear recommendations and next steps
Requirements
Must-Haves:
-
3–5 years of experience in project management, scheduling, or project controls on large-scale technology or ERP initiatives
-
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project and JIRA
-
Strong understanding of WBS, critical path method (CPM), dependency management, and schedule risk
-
Experience supporting ERP or enterprise system implementations (Infor, SAP, Oracle, Workday, IFS, etc.)

Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical teams and executive stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams independently
Nice-to-Haves:

Experience in federal contracting or professional services environments

PMI-SP, PMP, or equivalent certification

Experience supporting PMOs and large transformation programs

Exposure to hybrid waterfall / agile delivery environments

Graphic design experience (plus, not required)
