Job Description:
Lead the evolution, roadmap, and enablement of a newly launched Workday-integrated assessment application while guiding cross-functional teams through structured agile delivery.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Drive roadmap development for the Workday-integrated assessment application
-
Conduct demos of the application for internal teams, early adopters, and stakeholders.

Translate product needs into clear user stories, requirements, and documentation.

Partner with engineering, UX, and Workday development teams in a structured agile environment.

Ensure the product experience aligns with recruiter and people-manager workflows within Workday.

Utilize Jira, Confluence, and Aha (or comparable tools) to manage product planning and delivery.
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

6–8 years of Product Management experience
-
Strong understanding of Workday, or comparable HCM platforms (PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle).

Experience with assessment products or the assessment/HCM space.

Demonstrated ability to write requirements, document features, and build user stories.
-
Strong collaboration across engineering, development partners, and UX teams.
-
Comfortable operating in a shifting environment

Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and product roadmapping tools (Aha or similar).

Background integrating products within HCM ecosystems.

Experience supporting early-stage product launches (v1.0 ).
