Job Description:
The Associate Creative Director, Art will own and drive design execution for a fast-paced pharmaceutical brand within an HCP-focused indication, working independently under the guidance of the VP of Art.
Job Summary
•Lead and own creative design work across tactical and conceptual deliverables for a pharma brand targeting healthcare professional audiences
•Execute hands-on design work at a high level, going beyond concepting to produce polished, print and digital assets
•Collaborate with the VP of Art and cross-functional teams while maintaining strong independent ownership of the work
•Manage multiple fast-moving deliverables simultaneously within a dynamic, high-output work environment
•Access and utilize client-provided tools including Figma and Box to deliver creative assets (candidate must supply own laptop and Adobe Creative Suite)
Minimum Requirements:
•Currently working at the Associate Creative Director level with a primary background in art and design
•Recent experience at a pharmaceutical advertising agency (hands-on pharma agency work is required)
•Portfolio demonstrating true pharma design work from an agency setting, including both patient-facing and HCP-facing samples
•Ability to work fully remote on PST hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with flexibility as needed
•Must own a personal laptop and have access to Adobe Creative Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience with HIV indication campaigns or related therapeutic areas
•Demonstrated ability to produce both patient and HCP creative samples across a range of tactics
•Strong communication skills and a responsive, flexible working style suited to a fast-paced team
•Proven track record of working independently and self-directing work with minimal oversight
