Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Associate Account Manager to join our team, specializing in retail operations and marketing. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting client communication, enhancing brand presence, and optimizing product visibility on platforms such as Amazon. Responsibilities:
- Support cross-divisional client communication, projects, and deliverables to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
- Proactively enhance the client's brand and product presence on Amazon, leveraging innovative strategies to drive visibility and sales.
- Facilitate effective cross-channel communication internally and externally, including agendas, action items, client updates, and more.
- Conduct audits of client catalog data to identify opportunities for improvement, enhance SEO, and optimize the customer experience.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement solutions to ensure smooth business operations.
- Assist in the creation of client presentations, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and monthly/campaign recaps, by providing data analysis and ensuring content accuracy and brand alignment.
- Utilize BI Analytics and performance dashboards to extract actionable insights, identify areas of opportunity, and drive client performance.
- Process large data files using Excel and Google Sheets to generate customized reports and provide valuable insights to clients.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to streamline operations and drive efficiency .
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, retail operations, or marketing, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI Analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for driving innovation and process improvement.
