Job Description:
Lead and execute cross-functional projects supporting a global finance transformation initiative, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Manage finance transformation projects, focusing on data governance

Create and oversee project work plans and resource assignments

Present regular status updates to leadership

Monitor timelines and budgets, addressing risks and issues

Review proposals and allocate resources accordingly

Update internal resource management systems

Ensure adherence to project management best practices
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

8–12 years of project management experience, especially in Finance or IT
-
Experience with finance process improvements and data governance projects
-
Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet is a plus)

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
