Job Description:
We are seeking an IT Project Manager to support the Information Technology team in delivering quality software solutions that provide measurable business value. This role will plan, direct, and coordinate IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The IT Project Manager will collaborate cross-functionally, identify opportunities for improvement, and apply the right methodologies to deliver optimal results.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Lead IT projects from initiation to successful implementation, including scope definition, planning, execution, and delivery.

Manage project work plans, assign responsibilities, and monitor milestones, risks, and deliverables.

Collaborate with IT and business unit leaders on portfolio management activities and business case development.

Track and report project status to stakeholders, escalating issues related to timing, budget, scope, or resources.

Create project portfolio summaries and present updates to IT and business leadership.

Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout project lifecycles.

Ensure project management best practices are applied and documented.

Support creative problem-solving approaches that drive quality deliverables.
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years' IT experience, including managing IT projects.
- Communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with the ability to share ideas clearly
- Collaborate across functions and levels to achieve business goals.
Nice-to-Haves:

Background in tower industry, operations, leasing, or real estate.

Experience with IT portfolio management and cross-functional project delivery.
