Job Description:
Support customer-facing supply chain operations for a major retail client, focusing on planning, forecasting, and replenishment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for Customer Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment for a key retail client.

Interface regularly with Merchandise Operations, Supplier Solutions, and Merchants.
-
Provide in-stock and recovery reporting, and conduct forecast reviews and recommendations.
-
Coordinate with internal teams to manage inventory needs and address supply issues.
-
Oversee promotional and special pack program logistics.
-
Utilize 3rd-party data tools for weekly reporting (e.g., Item Matrix, Sales Reports, Forecast Analysis).

Manage returns via reverse logistics systems and coordinate resolution.

Maintain customer orders in supplier-facing platforms.

Conduct detailed customer-level planning at national, DC, and store levels using internal and client systems.

Leverage GRS and S&OP processes to support planning goals.

Recommend and implement reporting and analytics improvements.
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

Bachelor's degree in a business discipline

3 years in Supply Chain, Account Management, or Shopper Insight Analytics

Strong analytical and trend-identification skills

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to prioritize and work independently

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
