Job Description:
Lead the product vision and execution for AI-powered memory and proactive intelligence capabilities within a next-generation data platform.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog for memory and proactive intelligence features
- Define memory scope policies and personalization vs. data privacy boundaries
- Establish models for proactive intelligence (alerts, thresholds, delivery channels)
- Write detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize daily work with engineering teams and guide development decisions
- Define and measure quality metrics (accuracy, relevance, usefulness)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, legal, and integration teams
- Align product delivery across multiple channels (web, messaging, integrations)
- Present roadmap progress and strategy to leadership
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- Experience leading AI/ML-powered products, data platforms, or personalization systems
- Strong product ownership with backlog management and prioritization experience
- Expertise translating ambiguous goals into clear requirements and metrics
- Technical fluency in system design, data models, and architecture trade-offs
- Experience navigating data privacy, governance, and user data considerations
- Strong communication skills across technical and executive stakeholders
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with AI personalization, recommendation, or memory systems
- Familiarity with LLM-based product challenges (evaluation, prompt design)
- Background in event-driven or proactive product experiences (alerts/notifications)
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, consent models)
- Experience in enterprise B2B product environments
