Job Description:
The Intermediate Analyst will review and process borrower assistance submissions, including deferments, loan modifications, and reages, ensuring compliance with company policies. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The position is hybrid, with 2 days/week onsite in Baltimore after an initial 3–4 week training period (onsite full-time).
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Review submissions for borrower assistance program approvals and processing (deferments, modifications, reages).

Underwrite loss mitigation transactions in line with company policies.

Ensure compliance with underwriting standards and procedures.

Work in a high-volume environment while meeting deadlines.

Communicate with internal teams and maintain positive customer relationships.

Support organizational goals and performance objectives.
Requirements (Must Haves):

3–5 years in consumer loan underwriting.

Previous credit review experience (preferred).

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and detail orientation.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Excellent written/verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Flexible schedule and strong attendance record.
