Job Description:
Support media managers in executing fully integrated, cross-channel media campaigns across North America through operational planning, budgeting, and trafficking facilitation.
This role fills an operational gap in media execution—ideal for someone with hands-on media knowledge who thrives in facilitation over strategy. Look for a detail-oriented collaborator who can support media managers by taking initiative, owning process flows, and ensuring campaign components are live and accurate.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Support development and implementation of cross-channel media plans (TV, audio, podcasts, OOH, digital, etc.)

Manage campaign execution timelines, PO approvals, and budget tracking

Facilitate creative reviews, trafficking coordination, and spec sheet management
-
Maintain messaging maps to track creative by platform and timeline

Coordinate with media agencies on testing new partners and opportunities

Work with finance and internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and on budget

Build relationships with stakeholders and provide general marketing support
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

3–5 years of media or marketing operations experience (agency or tech background preferred)

Strong understanding of US media fundamentals (GRPs, reach/frequency, flowcharts)

Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs), MS Office Suite, and budget management tools

Bachelor's degree required

Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational skills
