We're seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join a leading cultural and arts organization in NYC. This role will develop innovative, concept-driven creative across digital, print, campaigns, OOH, events, and other brand touchpoints.
What You'll Do
- Own projects from brief and concept through final execution, working autonomously while collaborating with internal stakeholders and creative partners.
- Develop marketing and brand campaigns that extend consistently across multiple channels, formats, and audiences.
- Build and evolve scalable design systems, templates, and sub-brand identities.
- Create polished work across digital and print, with a strong emphasis on typography, composition, hierarchy, and visual consistency.
- Present concepts and clearly articulate creative rationale, responding thoughtfully to feedback and evolving priorities.
- Conceptualize motion through storyboards and creative direction; hands-on After Effects experience is a plus but not required.
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally with strong marketing/brand campaign experience.
- Agency background is ideal
- Portfolio showcasing full campaigns from concept through execution
- Exceptional typography and strong command of core design fundamentals.
- Demonstrated ability to take a concept from initial idea through a cohesive multi-channel campaign.
- Strong Figma expertise, including experience creating presentations, scalable templates, and/or design systems.
- Experience across both digital and print.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders with minimal direction.
- Confident, proactive, collaborative, and receptive to feedback.
