Job Description:
This role leads hands-on commerce media execution across non-Amazon retail media networks, driving cross-retailer campaign performance and optimization for the client.
Job Summary
Manage Search and DSP/display campaign execution across multiple retail media platforms
Build, launch, optimize, and troubleshoot campaigns directly in Criteo, Skai, and/or Pacvue
Own daily pacing, budgets, bids, keywords, audiences, targeting, and adjustments across the full portfolio
Analyze cross-retailer performance to identify budget reallocation and optimization opportunities
Maintain consistent execution quality across a complex retailer and campaign portfolio
Communicate performance insights, issues, and next steps to internal and client stakeholders
Provide senior-level oversight and strategic recommendations while remaining close to day-to-day execution
Minimum Requirements:
5-6+ years of hands-on retail media experience, with deep omnichannel/retail media exposure outside of Amazon
Hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple retailers, with Walmart experience highly important
Proficiency in both retail Search and DSP/display campaign types
Strong hands-on experience with Criteo and Skai (Pacvue experience highly relevant)
Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns across multiple retail media networks simultaneously
Strong command of retail media measurement, pacing, optimization, and troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Target, Kroger, and additional retail media networks (RMNs)
Availability aligned to PST business hours
Proven senior client presence with the ability to stay close to execution without delegating core campaign management
