Job Description
We are seeking a talented Visual Designer with a strong foundation in graphic design and experience working across both print and digital mediums. This individual will collaborate with various stakeholders and teams, working across a diverse range of projects that require creative thinking, adaptability, and the ability to develop original visual concepts.
The ideal candidate is a well-rounded designer with a strong understanding of typography, visual storytelling, and design fundamentals. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, interpreting project context and requirements, and developing thoughtful, original creative solutions.
Responsibilities

Develop original visual concepts and design assets across print and digital mediums, adapting to the needs of various projects, teams, and stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand project objectives, translate requirements into creative solutions, and deliver high-quality design work.

Create engaging visual experiences incorporating typography, motion design, kinetic typography, and other visual storytelling techniques.

Work across a variety of projects and creative environments, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to adapt to different audiences, objectives, and design challenges.

Leverage tools such as Figma, After Effects, Cavalry, and other relevant design applications to bring creative concepts to life.

Present design concepts and creative rationale, demonstrating strong critical thinking, intentionality, and the ability to communicate the reasoning behind design decisions.

Maintain a strong focus on originality, ensuring creative work is thoughtfully developed rather than relying on existing brand identities or established visual references.
Requirements

Approximately 4–6 years of professional design experience, with flexibility for candidates in the 3–5-year range who demonstrate strong creative capabilities.

Formal education or training in graphic design, visual communication, or a related design discipline, with a strong foundation in design principles.

A strong portfolio demonstrating original creative work across print and digital mediums.

Exceptional typography skills and a strong understanding of layout, composition, visual hierarchy, and design fundamentals.

Experience with Figma and motion design, including kinetic typography.

Familiarity with After Effects, Cavalry, or comparable motion design tools; proficiency in either After Effects or Cavalry is acceptable.

Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop original concepts and approach design challenges thoughtfully.

Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders while independently developing creative ideas and executing design solutions.
