User Enablement Specialist

Job Title: User Enablement Specialist
Location-Type: NYC or Charlotte, NC (Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week (Tuesday mandatory; other two days flexible)

Compensation Range: 40-43$/hr W2

Job Description:
- Conduct needs analysis to identify knowledge gaps and assess training requirements.
- Design and develop multi-modal learning solutions.
- Write instructional materials for technical learning, including step-by-step documentation and user guides.
- Curate and customize training content from partners and vendors to meet specific business needs.
- Facilitate instructor-led training programs, both virtually and in person, for various audiences across the company.
- Draft company-wide communications regarding technical changes and updates.
- Collaborate effectively with a highly collaborative, cross-functional team.
- Develop high-quality templates and standardized processes for learning solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends to ensure learning solutions are innovative and modern.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning solutions in close collaboration with the User Experience (UX) team.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience developing and facilitating virtual and in-person training and learning solutions.
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and present clear, engaging technical instructions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and comfort learning new technology platforms.
- Creative and innovative mindset with an interest in improving user engagement and technology adoption.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and clarity in documentation and communications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- Previous customer service or project management experience.
- Experience with or knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools.
