Job Description:
This role supports a growing internal design team by delivering high-quality UI design across mobile and web products, working cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and solve complex design challenges.
Job Summary
Design polished, high-quality UI experiences with a strong emphasis on mobile-native patterns and B2C aesthetic sensibility.
Translate loosely defined requirements into clear, actionable design solutions using Figma.
Independently gather and clarify requirements from product managers, developers, clinicians, and other stakeholders without waiting for detailed direction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on design approaches and drive work through ambiguity to resolution.
Leverage AI tools, including Claude, to support and accelerate design workflows.
Adapt quickly across multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities.
Contribute to an internal design team supporting a digital experience group within a large organization.
Minimum Requirements:
5-7 years of UI design experience with a strong, demonstrable portfolio of high-polish work.
Proficiency in Figma as a primary design tool.
Proven experience designing for mobile-native applications.
Ability to independently define problems, gather requirements, and move work forward with minimal oversight.
Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience transitioning design language from B2B to B2C aesthetics.
Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows, particularly using Claude.
Background working within or alongside product and engineering teams in a large organization.
Experience designing for healthcare or similarly complex enterprise domains.
