We are seeking a hands-on Paid Social Senior Specialist to support a digital marketing agency managing national beauty, skincare, and consumer brands.
This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day execution, management, and optimization of Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. The ideal candidate is highly comfortable working directly within advertising platforms, analyzing performance data, troubleshooting campaigns, and implementing optimizations.
The role will support full-funnel Paid Social initiatives, including brand awareness, consideration, engagement, and retail-driven performance.
Job Description:
- Execute, manage, and optimize Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Own day-to-day campaign activation, including campaign builds, audience targeting, budget allocation, creative implementation, and quality assurance.
- Monitor campaign performance, budget pacing, delivery, and key performance indicators to ensure campaigns remain aligned with objectives.
- Support audits of existing Paid Social accounts, identifying opportunities to improve campaign structure, targeting, creative, and performance.
- Implement audience, creative, bidding, and placement testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign data and make proactive recommendations to improve engagement, reach, efficiency, and conversion performance.
- Utilize platform automation and optimization tools, including Meta Advantage+, TikTok Smart Performance, and Pinterest Performance+.
- Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues, tracking discrepancies, and performance challenges.
- Pull reporting, interpret campaign insights, and communicate performance trends to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with strategists, creative teams, and analytics partners to execute campaigns aligned with broader client objectives.
- Support full-funnel campaigns focused on brand awareness, consideration, and consumer purchasing behavior across retail channels.
- Strong hands-on experience managing Paid Social campaigns, ideally within a digital or performance marketing agency.
- Advanced working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager; Pinterest experience highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with campaign setup, optimization, budget pacing, audience targeting, and creative testing.
- Experience supporting upper-, mid-, and lower-funnel Paid Social campaigns.
- Familiarity with Paid Social automation tools, campaign reporting, and platform analytics.
- Strong understanding of campaign measurement, including reach, impressions, engagement, CPM, CPC, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
- Experience with GA4, tracking, and performance reporting.
- Ability to identify performance trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations independently.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting beauty, skincare, Client, retail, or other national consumer brands.
- Experience working within a media agency or managing multiple client accounts.
- Familiarity with Meta Conversions API (CAPI), pixel tracking, and conversion event optimization.
- Experience with brand awareness, consideration, and retail-focused Paid Social campaigns.
