Job Description:
The client is seeking a hands-on Senior TVAD Specialist to lead campaign activation, media inventory evaluation, and ongoing optimization across TV, CTV, digital video, audio, and display channels in support of a national brand awareness campaign.
Job Summary
•Launch and manage a national brand awareness campaign across TV, CTV, digital video, audio, and display channels.
•Evaluate media inventory, placements, audience targeting, and channel mix to ensure alignment with brand awareness objectives.
•Execute and optimize campaigns, including media setup, budget pacing, targeting, frequency management, and performance monitoring.
•Analyze campaign performance against upper-funnel KPIs such as brand awareness, brand lift, reach, frequency, consideration, and engagement.
•Partner with Analytics and Strategy teams to evaluate brand lift studies, incrementality testing, and other measurement approaches.
•Pull reporting, analyze trends, and translate campaign data into actionable optimization recommendations.
•Participate in client meetings, confidently explaining media performance, optimizations, and strategic recommendations.
Minimum Requirements:
•3-5+ years of hands-on experience in TV, CTV, digital video, audio, display, or programmatic media, ideally within a media or performance marketing agency.
•Demonstrated experience with campaign activation, media inventory evaluation, pacing, and optimization.
•Experience supporting upper-funnel brand awareness campaigns for national consumer-facing brands.
•Strong understanding of brand measurement, including brand lift, awareness, consideration, reach/frequency, and incrementality.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Familiarity with GA4 and platform analytics; ability to translate data into clear next steps and simple forecasts.
•Working knowledge of testing fundamentals such as A/B and incrementality/lift testing, and statistical significance.
•Experience with audience overlap management, frequency capping, brand safety, viewability, and inventory quality assessment.
•SQL proficiency is a plus.
