Job Description:
The Sr Digital Designer will lead the execution of a high-visibility campaign across digital, CRM, paid social, web, and print, translating an approved concept and mood board into compelling, cohesive creative assets.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Translate campaign concept and mood board into high-impact visual assets
- Create 50 ads across static, animated, and carousel formats
- Design for paid social (reels, carousel, meta), website (under 10 pages), and CRM/email
- Develop print collateral and in-office materials
- Partner closely with copywriter to bring storytelling to life visually
- Lead photo art direction using stock imagery and AI-enhanced visuals
- Ensure strong typography, layout, and brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Execute quickly in a fast-paced, high-pressure sprint environment
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
- 5–7 years of digital design experience
- Advanced Figma expertise (daily, high-level usage required)
- Strong typography and layout skills
- Proven ability to bring campaigns to life across multiple channels
- Experience producing high volumes of digital ads (static, motion, carousel)
- Strong storytelling ability through visual design
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, rapid-turn environments
