Job Description:
The Operations & Systems Architect will lead the rebuild and optimization of an internal portal, transforming disorganized workflows into a scalable, structured operational system within HubSpot.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Audit existing portal and workflows

Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements

Map campaign lifecycle and creator management workflows
-
Identify operational inefficiencies and system gaps
-
Architect and build scalable systems within HubSpot
-
Develop custom objects, workflows, automations, and reporting

Implement integrations between HubSpot and third-party tools
-
Create centralized tracking for creators, campaigns, and account ownership

Document processes and ensure team adoption

Provide system stabilization and handoff documentation
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

5 years of experience in RevOps, Marketing Operations, or Systems Architecture

Advanced HubSpot expertise (custom objects, automation, reporting, workflows)

Experience building and scaling operational systems

Integration implementation experience (HubSpot third-party tools)

Strong business process analysis and workflow design skills
-
Ability to translate ambiguous processes into structured systems

Experience managing multi-stakeholder initiatives

Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
