About the Role
Our client is an AI research and product company focused on ensuring the world safely navigates the transition through transformative AI. A key part of that mission is helping developers, enterprises, and researchers understand what modern AI systems can do and how to build with them responsibly.
Webinars are already proving to be a high-impact channel, with tens of thousands of registrants across events including significant organic traffic directly from the website. The opportunity now is to scale what's working into a structured, high-performing program.
This role is focused on taking an early but active webinar motion (1–2 per week) and scaling it into a repeatable, high-quality program running 3–4 webinars per week with strong operational rigor and audience engagement.
This is not a presenter role. You will own execution and operations end-to-end ensuring every webinar runs seamlessly from idea to insights.
What You'll Do
- Own webinar execution end-to-end: Manage registration, platform setup, reminder communications, live production, recording, and follow-up with exceptional attention to detail
- Operate at high volume: Support a growing cadence of webinars (targeting ~3x/week) across multiple audience segments
- Drive attendance and engagement: Partner with demand gen and comms while optimizing inbound and organic registration channels
- Work across diverse audiences: Support webinars ranging from technical (e.g., developer-focused product walkthroughs) to non-technical (e.g., legal, financial services, HR)
- Prepare speakers for success: Run dry runs and ensure presenters are confident and well-prepared with minimal lift
- Build scalable processes: Bring structure, consistency, and repeatability to a fast-growing program
- Analyze and improve performance: Track registration, attendance, engagement, and pipeline impact; identify what's working and continuously improve
- Close the loop: Manage lead handoff and synthesize attendee insights to inform product, marketing, and content teams
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience: 4–15 years of relevant experience, specifically running webinar or virtual event programs end-to-end in a B2B SaaS environment
- Background at leading B2B SaaS companies (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar)
- Program ownership: Proven ability to take an existing program from 1 100 (scaling and operationalizing)
- Execution-focused: Brings a 90% execution / 10% strategy mindset this role is highly execution-driven
- Project management excellence: Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent events without things slipping
- Webinar platforms: Experience with tools like Goldcast, ON24, or similar (Goldcast preferred; others acceptable with ramp)
- CRM familiarity: Experience working with enterprise sales processes and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), including reporting and campaign coordination
- Analytics & reporting: Ability to pull, interpret, and act on webinar performance data (registration, attendance, engagement, pipeline impact)
- Cross-functional communication: Strong communicator who can coordinate effectively with busy stakeholders and speakers
- Adaptability: Fast learner who can quickly ramp on new tools, products, and audiences
- Education: Bachelor's degree required
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting both technical and non-technical audiences (e.g., developers vs. business stakeholders)
- Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) reporting and campaign tracking
- Ability to support or own webinar-related email sends and campaign execution
- Light copywriting skills for promotional emails and landing pages
- Experience introducing engagement tactics (polls, interactive elements, format improvements)
